We have a small cardiovascular gym with Treadmills, Stepper, Rowing Machine, Cross Trainer and Bicycles. Why not combine a workout with a treatment or simply a swim in our beautiful pool?

In addition to our range of beauty treatments we also offer monthly membership for just the use of our pool and gymnasium.

The cost of a monthly membership for use of these facilities 7 days a week from 7am - 10pm is £30.00

An off peak membership for use between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday for £25.00
